Ok, this is a pretty adaptable recipe, any veggies work really.
2 cups water or broth of some kind. I use whatever I have.
2 cups Okra
I large can tomato puree
3 cans corn
1/2 a medium onion
Either ground beef, ground turkey, or no meat at all. :)
Green beans
Any kind of leftover beans. I just use whatever I have on hand.
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine it all in the crockpot and cook on low all day.

Quick Chili
2 big cans Chili with beans
1 pound ground chuck(browned)
1 package chili seasoning
1 small can tomato paste/sauce.(either is fine, I like paste for thicker chili)
Combine, and simmer for 20 mins. Serve with cheese, crackers, sour cream, whatever. :)

Easy BBQ Pork in the Crockpot
1 pork shoulder
3 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce
Put pork in crockpot, throw BBQ sauce on top and in bottom. Cook for 8 hours or longer. That's it.
